Ms. Randall has over twenty years of experience counseling healthcare providers in complex regulatory matters and civil litigation. Ms. Randall’s analytical ability and conscientious approach has earned her a reputation as an effective advocate and counselor. She works closely with clients on matters of compliance with state and federal rules and regulations in order to develop policies and plans to minimize or avoid regulatory penalties or litigation. She also regularly challenges adverse regulatory findings and defends clients in all stages of litigation. In the employment realm, Ms. Randall regularly advises healthcare providers as to issues related to hiring, firing, accommodations, FMLA leave, wage and hour issues and employment policies. Building on her extensive regulatory knowledge and understanding of her clients’ unique needs, Ms. Randall assists in the development and execution of defense strategies in complex civil litigation. In addition to her regulatory and litigation practice, Ms. Randall regularly lectures health care providers on issues involving regulatory and operations matters, compliance, and risk management.

Lead attorney in Northport Health Services of Arkansas, LLC, et al. v. Wayne Rutherford, and Northport Health Services of Arkansas, LLC, et al. v. Tresa Robinson, establishing the right of a health care provider to enforce an arbitration agreement in the Eighth Circuit; and
