Mr. Honea enjoys a diverse practice including commercial litigation, real estate transactions, debtor-creditor disputes, probate matters, oil and gas litigation, title, and regulatory matters, and general civil litigation. Representing clients for over three decades, he has gained the knowledge, experience, and ability to effectively handle an extensive range of cases. Mr. Honea has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for his expertise in oil and gas matters.
Representative Experience
Mr. Honea has represented clients in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts in Arkansas and Oklahoma over the course of a practice spanning 36 years. Representative samples of his experience include cases involving bankruptcy fraud, earthquakes allegedly caused by hydraulic fracturing, and garnishment of funds advanced under revolving lines of credit.
