Mr. Terry’s general practice is focused primarily on commercial and oil and gas litigation, transactional matters, trusts, estates and probate, and the defense of complex litigation. He has been involved in numerous class action matters. Mr. Terry is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has served in numerous civic and public service organizations. He has served by appointment of the Governor on three occasions as Special Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. He has had a diverse appellate practice and has argued numerous cases in the Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Terry has also practiced before the Arkansas Public Service Commission and Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission. He is currently general counsel for Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative Corporation and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

- Representation of insurance companies and self-insured companies in all phases of complex litigation;
