Ms. Hoover maintains a diverse general practice with an emphasis on civil litigation, collection matters, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hoover maintained a private practice with a focus on family law, bankruptcy and criminal defense. Her prior experience, including as a public defender and a judicial extern for the Honorable Ben T. Barry of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas, has given Ms. Hoover valuable insight into courtroom practice and procedure, which she uses to advocate for her clients in all stages of litigation. Ms. Hoover is a lifelong resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and enjoys being involved in the community through many local volunteer organizations.
